We have a fleet of brand-new 2016 Cascadia Freightliners. As part of Dollar General's trucking operation, you will deliver product from our distribution center to our stores where we fulfill our mission of serving others every day.

Dollar General partnered with Coca-Cola Bottling Consolidated to become the title sponsor for the 2016 Dollar General Bowl which was played at Ladd-Peebles Stadium in Mobile, Alabama on December 23. The game pitted the University of Ohio Bobcats and the Troy University Trojans. It was an exciting game with the Troy Trojans earning a hard-fought 28 -23 victory.
Consistent with our mission of Serving Others, to kick-off the Dollar General Bowl, the Dollar General Literacy Foundation donated $10,000 each to five area schools as part of the DGLF holiday giveaway. The schools could use this money to buy books, computers and other supplies to strengthen their reading and literacy programs. Dollar General also partnered with the Bowl Committee to host a visit to Children’s Hospital in Mobile with players from the University of Ohio Bobcats.
The Dollar General Bowl was a winner for the fans, the teams and the community of Mobile.
